Kola pro Ukrajinu
Project overview
Czech Bikes for Ukraine is an independent volunteer group that collects unused bicycles across Czechia, repairs them, and drives them to eastern Ukraine, where they go to social workers, medics, orphanages, and villages with no public transport. We built the brand and the site, pro bono, so the group could ask for bikes, parts, money, and hands in one place.

The challenge
The group was running on word of mouth and social posts. Donors did not know what to give, where to drop it off, or where it ended up. The site had to work in Czech, English, and Ukrainian, and it had to convert casual interest into a concrete donation.
Our solution
A visitor learns who the bikes are for and gets one button: "I want to help". Behind it sits every way to contribute — a bike, parts, money, or time. Donations run through Donio; the Tour de Karpaty fundraising ride has its own page. The mark is a bike knocked out of a disc in the flag's colours, and the site speaks Czech, English, and Ukrainian.
The result
Volunteers now send one link instead of a long explanation. The site is static, fast, and free to host, so nothing of the group's budget goes to running it.
