How we work
One project, or the long run? Most clients end up keeping us as their product team — we agree on the shape together, based on what you need right now.
You have an idea
The same people you meet on the first call are the ones on every call after it. A short discovery ends in a scoped first step and an honest estimate, then every week you get a piece you can click through, until there is a product to launch. Launch does not have to end it — we will happily stay for a few days a month, or as your product team outright. How much of us you keep is entirely up to you.
You have a prototype or an MVP
We look through the product and the code and give you an honest outside read: what we would ship first, what can wait, and why. Once we agree on that, we ship weekly, straight into your existing release flow. We join your rituals rather than adding ours, and we grow the team only when the work genuinely calls for it.
You have a live product
We join your team and keep looking after the product, at whatever scale suits you. We adapt to the way you work, and we will not impose our own processes or tools on you. And if you want to tackle technical debt or move to newer technology, we can do that too.
