bitcodia.com is operated by Bitcodia Labs s.r.o., a limited liability company registered in the Czech Republic. These are the details § 435 of the Czech Civil Code and Article 5 of the e-Commerce Directive require us to keep permanently available.

We hold a Czech trade licence for unregulated activity: production, trade and services not listed in annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Licensing Act. Design and software development are not regulated professions, so there is no professional body, chamber or licence number to name here.

We work with businesses. If you nonetheless contract with us as a consumer and a complaint cannot be settled between us, you can take it to out-of-court dispute resolution, free of charge, at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. The EU online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer a route.

The text, photography, drawings, code and marks on this site belong to Bitcodia Labs s.r.o. or to the clients whose work we show, and are protected by copyright. Link to it freely and quote it with attribution. Anything beyond that needs our written consent.

Client work appears here with the client's agreement. Trademarks and product names shown belong to their owners.

We collect personal data only when you write to us — through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone. What happens to it, who processes it for us and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy notice.

This site and any contract concluded through it are governed by Czech law, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not take away the mandatory protections of your own country's law.
