Our story
We met as colleagues at our old jobs. It was good experience, but it soon started to feel limiting – we simply had more creative energy than an ordinary employee role could hold. The freedom we gained by founding Bitcodia isn't just about working for ourselves, though. It's the freedom to decide our own work – and to take full responsibility for every one of those decisions.
That responsibility is grounded in years of experience. Each of us has been through startups and corporations, and through projects in every phase – from the first idea through performance tuning to business and international expansion. We've worked with a long list of technologies and programming languages, and it all taught us one lesson: everything keeps changing, and the art isn't chasing every new thing – it's picking what will keep working reliably.
That's why we know what software development really costs. We also know where AI genuinely helps today, and what still calls for a human touch. We treat our clients' projects as our own: we decide together with you, and we stand behind the work we deliver. And because we want to keep pushing the company forward and build big things, we also develop and run molario – our own app for dental hygiene practices.
Today we work as a tight-knit crew of senior specialists. There are no communication layers here – you talk directly to the people who actually work on your project and understand it. Development with us is transparent, so there's no unwelcome surprise waiting at the end. We keep a steady rhythm of designing, shipping, and improving. This is work we chose for ourselves – and work we enjoy.
