Project overview

Jakub Honka handles sales, lettings and property management in Prague personally, and makes a point of not passing clients on to anyone else. His old site was a simple template one-pager, with his listings scattered across the property portals. We built him a platform of his own — a trilingual site whose first screen points renters, sellers, investors and owners exactly where they need to go. Behind it sits a full listings system with photo processing, private access for serious buyers, and an inquiry form that lands straight in Jakub's inbox.

Honka Reality process

The starting point

The 2025 site was a simple WordPress one-pager: one main message, four steps of the process, a phone number. The listings themselves lived only on the property portals. Jakub wanted his own centralised inventory of properties and a platform that speaks to four different audiences at once. He also cared about Czech copy that reflects how personally he works, free of the stock phrases of estate-agency templates.

The platform

We built on the framework behind our own product, molario, so user accounts, roles, the admin and background jobs were done on day one. On that base we built the listings system itself: a detailed property schema with custom attributes, automated photo processing into every needed format, clear stages from draft to sold, and partner credits with logos. Inquiries from the site reach Jakub with the property attached, and a serious buyer can be sent a link with private access to a listing — valid on that device for 30 days.

The AI intake

A property reaches Jakub as whatever the owner has to hand: a folder of photos, a walkthrough video, a few paragraphs in an email, a download link. The AI copes with any of these inputs and creates the property record straight in the admin — as a draft with the photos sorted and the fields pre-filled. Jakub opens it, fine-tunes the details or the copy, and publishes. Writing a listing has turned from slow typing into a quick review.

The website

The homepage works as a crossroads: it sends a visitor straight into one of four areas — Rent, Sell, Invest, Manage. Below it, a clear service list, a tabbed process with honest time estimates, an FAQ that answers the commission question first, and an inquiry form that adapts to what you came for. The site keeps warm neutral tones with a gold accent that nods to the original identity, so existing clients still feel at home. Poppins and Mulish carry full Czech diacritics, dark mode is designed alongside light, and all content, URLs included, is localised into Czech, Slovak and English.

Where it stands

The first listings run in a test environment with real HDR photography, the admin is in daily use, and the site is waiting on its final launch. The result is more than a one-pager: Jakub has his own catalogue of properties, where sold and let listings are not deleted but turn into references. It is the approach we now take on every project where a plain static site is not enough.

Inside the admin

The part a visitor never sees: the admin where Jakub manages the listings. Six screens from the admin app that keeps everything easy to run.
